For payments, users do not need to log in on this website. Login is required inside the Maharshi Parasar app to access wallet, subscriptions, and app-based paid services.

1. Digital Service Policy

Maharshi Parasar provides digital products and services including astrology reports, chat or call consultations, wallet credits, and subscriptions. Once a digital report is generated or a consultation is delivered, the transaction is generally non-cancellable.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered in cases such as duplicate payment, verified technical failure, undelivered paid service, or incorrect debit caused by platform error. Approval is subject to review by Institute of The Astro Guide.

3. Wallet and Subscription

Wallet credits and subscription charges are usually non-refundable once successfully credited or activated, except where refund is required due to failed delivery, duplicate charge, or payment gateway reconciliation issue.

4. Request Window

Users should raise any refund or cancellation request within 7 days of the transaction, along with payment reference, registered mobile number, and issue details.

5. Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method or other suitable channel as permitted by the payment partner and business rules. Processing time may vary depending on banks and gateways.
